SHIPPING: All orders are shipped out via the USPS mail service. Orders will be processed with 24-48 (BUSINESS HOURS) of being placed. RETURNS: Any items that wish to be returned must be done so within 30 days of original order date.
If ordering coffee, refunds are only applied to packages that the factory seal has not been broken. Once opened (due to air born germ contamination), refunds will not be allowed as quality control can not be confirmed. Qualifying refunds need to be returned within 30 days of original order date.
